To open an account with 3399 bdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details is a clear violation of these terms and may result in account termination. Each user may hold only one account — multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit your national ID or other required documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and PIN strictly confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account with or allowing access by a third party is not permitted, and the user bears full responsibility for any resulting loss. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to enhance your account security.
